We make an often-requested rye loaf (without the seeds)f, French baguettes (plain or seeded), croissants, brioche,Challah bread which is a delicious braided egg bread with either poppy seeds or sesame seeds sprinkled on top. We make a bran molasses sunflower seed bread (pumpkin seed or walnuts). We make brown rice bread with Dutch crunch topping. Remember that all these items are made for special orders, so plan ahead and call your order in about a week in advance..
We have three dinner rolls that are popular: Dill rolls especially nice with fish meals, rosemary rolls with any meat main course, and Yukon potato rolls anytime (soft and fluffy). They are all delicious.
