A classic egg bread baked into the fluted shape with the little topknot. We make them in individual sizes to be eaten as delicious rolls with a meal, or hollow them out and fill with chicken tarragon salad for a delicious light meal. The larger size is either shaped like the babies, or in a standard loaf pan. You would choose the loaf pan if using the bread for French toast or bread pudding. You would choose the classic shape in the large size for its beauty when sliced at the table.
The $3 price is for the individual brioche rolls which must be ordered by the dozen due to the labor intensity.
