Made like a regular cheesecake, but we substitute about 1/2 the cow's milk cheese with fresh goat's milk cheese. The difference? A little tangier and an updated, refreshed taste. What's really special about it is that we sell this with a delicious Port wine reduction and put a few blackberries on each serving when available. In fact, we use an entire bottle of Port for the sauce which is why this cake costs more than others. You will agree that it is unique and delicious!
